Joel Peixoto, pastor and evangelist from Brazil with a huge passion for seeing broken and hurting lives restored, has worked with healing and deliverance for more than 30 years, ministering personally to countless leaders to see them changed and transformed by the power of God.

As a young man with great zeal and passion for God, Peixoto, a man of ideas, became known for his programs in discipleship, inner healing and deliverance as a youth pastor. Within a short period of time, his youth group grew to an astounding 250 youth and became one of the leading youth ministries in the state of Bahia, Brazil.

Seeing the great success, the leaders of the National Baptist Convention elected Pastor Joel as President of the Youth of the National Baptist Convention for the state of Bahia, Brazil, with more than 100 churches under his leadership. He then went on to become the director of a major college in his state.

Soon after, Pastor Joel planted a church for which he was the senior pastor for ten years. This church became widely recognized for its inner healing and deliverance ministry. At the age of 29, Pastor Joel began traveling and speaking at conferences throughout Brazil and soon after, God called him to the nations.
Since then he has traveled to many nations in Latin America, Africa and throughout Europe, preaching and ministering.

After marrying Cristiane and starting a family, God called the Peixotos to Estancia Paraiso, Ministry of Restoring Lives in Belo Horizonte where they served as pastors for 9 years under Lagoinha Baptist Church, one of the largest churches to date in the nation of Brazil.

Pastor Joel has written a book entitled “Healing Disappointments & Restoring Hope” where he tells his personal testimony of experiencing tremendous loss in his own life, resulting in a painful forging of character.

Credentialed by CFN Network, Pastor Joel teaches and ministers at the Restoration Center at Christ For The Nations, together with his wife Pastor Cristiane, helping to rescue and restore lives. Pastor Joel and his wife have four beautiful children and currently reside in Dallas Texas.
