John Hatcher
CFNI Pastoral Major Adjunct Professor
John Hatcher, Jr. is a graduate of Christ For The Nations Institute. For nearly 3 decades, John served as a founding, senior pastor, as well as an executive leader in a variety of venues within the Foursquare Church in the United States (East Coast). Various assignments included District Supervisor: overseeing 200 licensed ministers in three states and developing and planting churches.
John helped establish an independent Christian school K-12, which is currently one of NE’s largest Christian schools; where he served as a pastoral advisor, and eventually, board chairman. Over the years, John has served on several local ministry and community organizational boards; also, several national church committees and the executive council of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel.
John served at CFNI in a variety of roles in recent years; Director of Leadership and Pastoral Major (3rdyear program), and an adjunct teacher in the Biblical Counseling Major. Presently, John is serving as an adjunct teacher in the 2nd year program, and also the Pastoral Major.
John Hatcher also serves as Co-Founder, and Vice President of Vinedressers, Inc. – an online ministry supporting and edifying active leaders in local ministries and churches.
John studied theology at Christ For The Nations, Institute in Dallas, Texas, and received his graduate degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts. John Hatcher is also a certified chaplain.
John and his wife, Lori, met at CFNI as students, they married in 1982. They have raised four beloved children and greatly enjoy four grandchildren.
